What are the delivery options for gift cards?
You can choose to Self Deliver gift cards or send them as a Gift via Email.

If you choose Self Delivery, the link to download the gift card will be emailed directly to you so you can deliver it in person. 

If you choose the Gift via Email option, the system will email the gift card directly to the recipient of your choice. You can include a message and even specify what date you want it automatically delivered. This means you could schedule delivery for their birthday or anniversary. 

 

How can I claim a gift card that someone has sent me?
If someone has sent you a gift card, you will receive an email that contains a link to claim your gift card. Once claimed, you can print or save a PDF or download it using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once you have claimed your card, the link to claim your card will become invalid. 

 

How can I use my digital gift card in-store?
Digital cards work the same as plastic gift cards. Simply present your digital card or PDF of your digital card at the time of purchase. 

 

What happens if I entered the wrong email when sending a gift card?
If you have sent a gift card and realize you have sent a gift card to the incorrect email, please contact us for support. We will need to de-activate the gift card before the recipient claims and uses the card.

Can I purchase a plastic gift card online?
At this time, only eGift cards are available from this website. Please visit us in-store to purchase a plastic gift card.

 

What are the benefits of creating an account?
If you create an account, you can login to your account to manage your gift cards. This allows you to reload existing cards or download the card again if you’ve lost it. You can also add a business to your account to qualify for volume-based discounts on your gift card purchases.

 

How can I create an account for myself?
If you have purchased as a guest on our system before, you will simply need to visit the login page and request a password. If you have not purchased a gift card on our system before, you can visit the login page and click the Create Account link. 

 

What are the benefits of creating a business account?
If you setup a business account, you may qualify to receive volume-based discounts on your gift card purchases. You can invite multiple users to join a single business account and contribute their transactions towards a volume-based discount. How can I create a business account?
If you are creating an account for the first time, click on Sign In located in the main menu and then click on Create Account. There will be an option where you can choose to create a Business Account.

If you already have a personal account and want to associate it with a business, login to your account, and then click on the Company link under My Account. The page will reload to a form where you can fill in the details of your business.

 

How can I invite others to my business account?
Once you have a business account setup, log in, and then click on the Company link under My Account. You will see a section on this page labelled Users where you can invite a new user to your business. The user who creates the business account will automatically become the business Owner. 

Once you send an invitation to new users, they will have 24 hours to accept the invitation before it expires. After expiry, you will have to resend the invitation again. Once a user has accepted, all of their purchases will be associated to the business account. You can transfer the Owner role to other users at any time.
